Deep-cleaning, pore-unplugging, yet non-drying cleanser / 4 oz

There’s nothing quite like this cleanser, which deep cleans and unclogs pores with an efficient blend of alpha and beta hydroxy acids (lactic acid and black willow bark) while apple cider vinegar, a natural antimicrobial, helps restore skin’s pH balance. If you’ve been a fan of drugstore “Deep Clean” cleansers in the past, you’ll find that this is a kinder, gentler, much more adult-appropriate version that still leaves your skin feeling fresh and clean.

Surprisingly, this cleanser is actually one of our favorite products in Marie Veronique’s entire, and entirely wonderful, Treatment Line. It effectively purifies skin, but the creamy/milky/gel-like texture never leaves skin feeling dry. As Marie says, “Clearing pores without drying skin is crucial to treating adult acne, as adult skin is more prone to inflammation — which can result in wrinkles and hyperpigmentation.”

It’s a particularly wonderful way to start your morning, even if you’re not a major acne sufferer. We just love this stuff.
